🪪 Identification & Check-in Policy

  • All guests above 18 years must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

  • Accepted IDs: Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID

  • PAN card and non-government IDs are not accepted

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old

  • Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check in

🕒 Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is:

    • Subject to availability

    • May incur additional charges

  • Guests can contact the hotel directly after booking for requests

🚫 Guest Policy

  • Unmarried / unrelated couples are not permitted

  • Local residents (same city) are not allowed to check in

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission

  • No refund will be provided if check-in is denied due to policy violations

  • Guests below 18 years are not allowed to stay alone

🧍 Guest Profile

  • Suitable for families and business travelers

  • Bachelors allowed

  • Suitable for children when accompanied by adults

🧼 Safety & Hygiene

  • All common areas and rooms are regularly sanitized

  • Staff is trained in hygiene and safety protocols

  • Hand sanitizers are available in rooms and public areas

  • Guests with symptoms such as fever may be denied entry

🛏️ Room Hygiene

  • Rooms are sanitized between stays

  • Linens and towels are cleaned as per standard guidelines

  • Disinfectants are used for cleaning all rooms

  • Digital Payments: UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe

  • Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available

  • Outside food is not permitted

  • Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Some entryways may not be wide enough for wheelchair use
